2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes provided by Triciti Insulations are free and obligation-free.
  • Quotes are based on the information provided by the client at the time of request. If additional work or unforeseen issues arise, the final cost may differ.
  • Prices are provided in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

  • Service bookings can be made by phone, email, or through our website.
  • To confirm a booking, clients may be asked to provide certain details, such as property access information and preferred service date.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, we request at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Triciti Insulations reserves the right to reschedule a booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or staff unavailability.

4. Payments

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice.
  • Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.
  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges or interest.

5. Access to Property

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property on the agreed service date.
  • If access is restricted or unsafe, Triciti Insulations may refuse to carry out the service, and a call-out fee may apply.
  • For roof and underfloor services, the property must be structurally safe and suitable for our team to work.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the property and the required service.
  • Remove or secure personal belongings and valuables from the work area.
  • Inform our team of any known hazards, such as electrical issues, structural weaknesses, or pest infestations.

7. Service Limitations

  • While Triciti Insulations takes all reasonable care, some stains, damage, or underlying issues may not be completely resolved through cleaning or insulation work.
  • Deep roof cleaning may not remove all long-term discoloration or structural wear caused by age.
  • Insulation performance may vary depending on property design, climate, and usage.
  • Triciti Insulations is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our work.

8. Health and Safety

  • Safety is a priority for Triciti Insulations. All work is carried out in accordance with Australian safety standards.
  • Clients must not interfere with our team while work is being carried out.
  • Children and pets should be kept away from the work area for safety reasons.

9. Warranty and Guarantees

  • Triciti Insulations stands behind the quality of its services and products.
  • Warranties may apply depending on the type of insulation or service provided. Warranty details will be explained before work begins.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance, or external factors beyond our control (e.g., storms, pests, or leaks).

  • While every effort is made to protect your property, Triciti Insulations is not liable for incidental or consequential damage unless caused by proven negligence.
